Service Requests

Justin Olear is our Service Supervisor.  Any correspondence or service requests should be put in writing and placed in the drop box outside Colleen’s office or emailed to  Service issues will only be addressed on the specified 60 day, 6 month and 1 year time frames, excluding true emergencies. Forms for these three time frames were provided to you at closing. Our sales staff is unable to discuss any service issues with residents. We request that you do not stop our staff, particularly the construction team, to discuss requests. After your service request has been received, a staff member will be in contact with you to discuss next steps.
