Summer Heats Up with Community Events

As summer quickly approaches, Noble’s Pond homeowners are ready to step out and enjoy it! There are some exciting events happening this summer at the community that you won’t want to miss

Comradery & Cuisine

Food Truck season is coming to an end with two final trucks. Mojo Loco offering eclectic street fare will be on location June 15 followed by Crazy Rick’s Food Truck offering Louisiana style cuisine on June 24. As we say goodbye to our beloved food trucks until the fall, all is not lost as we will have an ice cream truck making some pop-up appearances throughout the summer! Our homeowners will feel like kids again as they listen for that tantalizing jingle that they can’t resist.

Every Sunday during the Summer from noon to 2pm, Sunday grilling is back! Sunday grilling is a great chance to catch up on the latest happenings, while catching some rays poolside. Homeowners and guests can enjoy delicious hot dogs and burgers available for purchase by the Clubhouse pool.

Why not go where everyone knows your name? Thursday Happy Hours will be starting up every third Thursday of the month from 4pm – 6pm at the Clubhouse. Another chance to catch up and share some laughs with fellow homeowners over a summer cocktail or two. Clubhouse Happy Hours are generally Bring-Your-Own-Beverages and Bring-Your-Own-Food.

Exclusive Entertainment

Get your horses ready! Night at the Races returns on June 15 at 6pm. This event is one homeowners always look forward to. Every year, we blow up our inflatable horses and set up our community’s very own racetrack around the Clubhouse Ballroom dance floor. The result is an evening of friendly racing competition, fun and food.

Laughing is good for your soul and our homeowners will sure have a belly full as they attend the upcoming Comedy Night by the Pool event on July 10. A total of four comedians will share their best comedic content to make sure our homeowners leave with smiles and stories to tell.

We are also very excited about the Dover Scavenger Hunt on July 20. Participants will battle it out by venturing around town to take pictures of items from the hunt list. Several are sure to discover some new local places they might not have seen before. This event would be a great one to attend for those considering Noble’s Pond who may wish to get to know more about the town of Dover and attractions!

Getting Out & Giving Back

Noble’s Pond Homeowners also love to donate to notable causes, and with a large veteran population within the community, the upcoming Stuff the Pool for the USO event on July 23 always makes a splash. This is a recurring event where homeowners collect food or money to help supply the USO pantry at the Dover Air Force Base. Best of all, they all jump into the pool together to celebrate their gracious efforts.

This year will be the 10th anniversary of the award-winning Girls Night Out to Fight MS event, which takes place in October, but this event is so popular that tickets start to go on sale in July! Over $100,000 has been raised over the years due to this popular event for such a wonderful cause.
