Looking Forward to Giving Back

The season of giving does not wait for the holidays at Noble’s Pond by Regal Builders. Charitable events, opportunities to volunteer, and ways to give back are never in short supply. This month, homeowners are getting ready to kick off the 8th “Girls Night Out to Fight MS” event to raise awareness and funds for multiple sclerosis. Last year the community rallied together to raise over $16,000. This year, on September 28th, they hope to contribute even more. Noble’s Pond’s Lifestyle Director, Colleen Ostafy, lends her heart to this annual event as her own daughter was diagnosed with MS several years ago. As director, she is eager to help residents find meaningful service opportunities that are near to their own hearts.

Whether it is fundraising for MS, volunteering at the nearby Dover Air Force Base, or cooking for a local food shelter, residents find ways to generously give of themselves throughout the year. Such events and activities are a great way for residents to have fun, stay engaged, and work for a charitable cause.

As the season of giving draws closer, Noble’s Pond is ready to rise to the occasion. Some upcoming opportunities include, caroling at a local nursing home, hosting the Festival of Trees, collecting Toys for Tots, and Joey’s Tree which is a way to give children from our local hospital and John’s Hopkins Hospital Legos for the holidays.

A generous spirit is just one aspect of an enriched lifestyle offered at Noble’s Pond. The award-winning 55 plus active adult community features amenities including a clubhouse, pool, community garden, and tennis courts where residents gather, socialize, and have fun. Low-maintenance homes are designed for easy living with spacious floor plans and innovative features. With less upkeep, homeowners have more time to volunteer, attend parties, have hobbies, travel, and otherwise have more fun per square inch!
