Noble’s Pond Takes Top Award for Best Social Life – Community Recognized By National Publication

Residents of Noble’s Pond know that our community is in a class by itself when it comes to a fun and engaging social life. Now the word is out across the country, as Noble’s Pond was awarded Best of the Best Social Club by ideal-LIVING magazine, a national real estate publication.

Keeping residents engaged is what it’s all about at Noble’s Pond. That means there’s fun to be had at every turn—from our gorgeous clubhouse and large outdoor pool, to the bocce court, putting green, tennis and pickle ball, walking trails and five-acre pond with pier and observation deck.

At the heart of the Noble’s Pond social scene is Lifestyle Director Colleen Ostafy, who’s been making it happen for our residents for 14 years. “I’m someone who loves to have fun, and that’s exactly what we want for our residents,” she says. “They’ve worked hard and raised their kids. Now it’s their turn. One of my favorite expressions is, ‘Life is short. Take the trip. Buy the shoes. Eat the cake!’”

Noble’s Pond, winner of more than 20 awards, offers something for everyone. Like yoga classes, water aerobics, veterans’ events, charity fundraising, group trips and educational events. This summer’s most eagerly anticipated happening is a blowout party to mark the 50th anniversary of Woodstock in August!

Set on 300 acres of former farmland, Noble’s Pond feels like you’re out in the country. But in fact, you’re just minutes from the convenience and charm of downtown Dover. And Delaware’s popular beaches are less than an hour away. Because Noble’s Pond handles all exterior maintenance and landscaping, residents have more time to enjoy that award-winning lifestyle.

Congratulations Colleen and the Noble’s Pond team on this well-deserved award! Learn more about Noble’s Pond, including our easy-living, freestanding homes and state-of-the-art design center.
