Noble’s Pond Receives Prestigious Award

Active Adult Community Recognized for Business Ethics

In just two years, Noble’s Pond has earned a reputation as Delaware’s premier 55+ active adult community. Our homes and lifestyle have been recognized with numerous building industry awards. Now, as a recipient of the 2018 Delaware Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Award, we’ve been cited as one of the state’s most ethical businesses.

Noble’s Pond was one of four BBB Torch Award winners for 2018. The awards were presented June 7 at a ceremony at DuPont Country Club.

Receiving the award was a huge honor for Noble’s Pond, an amenity-rich community of easy-living homes on 300 acres of pristine farmland. Noble’s Pond vice president Justin Olear called the award “a thrill for every member of our team.” He noted ongoing philanthropic efforts by the management of Noble’s Pond, and by residents who seek to make life brighter for area citizens.

Whether it’s ethical business practices, energy-efficient homes or a commitment to wellness, Noble’s Pond is always a winner. The community recently introduced seven new floor plans with 3 stunning elevations each —The Farmhouse, the Craftsman and the Georgian. Each provides 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and surprising upmarket features with pricing starting in the affordable high-$200s. With Delaware’s low taxes, your dollar buys even more.

An efficient, one-stop design center makes it easy to personalize the homes. Buyers partner with in-house design consultants to select options and upgrades.

Grandchildren are always welcome at Noble’s Pond. Summer is especially fun for kids and kids at heart. Enjoy hiking miles of nature trails, fishing and boating on our five-acre pond, or just chilling at the pool.

In every season, there’s always something going on at The Point, our deluxe clubhouse. It’s bustling with a state-of-the-art fitness center, library, billiards, poker tables and a fully equipped kitchen. Noble’s Pond is an Americana-inspired neighborhood where residents celebrate, volunteer, socialize, garden, and travel together. We like to say it’s “more fun per square inch than any place you’ve ever lived.”

The relaxed natural setting feels wonderfully secluded. But Noble’s Pond is just minutes from Dover, the state capital. This sophisticated small city is known for great restaurants, shops and top healthcare.
