Noble’s Pond Residents Step Out for a Great Cause.
Charity Walk Is the Latest Outing for this Caring Community!
On any given day, you’ll find Noble’s Pond residents walking our nature trails or strolling around our five-acre pond. But late last month, some 30+ residents of our award-winning 55+ community stepped out with a purpose—to raise awareness and funds ($1,100!) for multiple sclerosis by participating in the Dover Walk MS event.
The cause is near and dear to residents of Noble’s Pond. The daughter of Lifestyle Director Colleen Ostafy was diagnosed with MS a number of years ago. Today, she’s a healthy wife, mother and professional. Noble’s Pond residents honor Colleen and her daughter Lindsey with their involvement. An annual spring fundraiser at Noble’s Pond has raised more than $90,000 for MS over six years.
Throughout the year, Noble’s Pond homeowners reach out in many ways. At Christmastime, they hold an annual Toys for Tots drive to provide gifts for children in need. They visit residents of Courtland Manor, a Dover nursing Home, bearing gifts and singing Christmas carols. And they cook for residents of a local shelter.
Noble’s Pond is a close-knit community on 300 acres of peaceful farmland. We’re under an hour from Delaware’s beautiful beaches, and just minutes from charming downtown Dover.
When we say Noble’s Pond is “more fun per square inch than any place you’ve ever lived” we’re not exaggerating. Residents travel together to local hot spots, as well as great U.S. and European destinations. The Point, our stunning clubhouse with library and fitness center, overlooks a spectacular outdoor pool. And we’re rich in natural amenities like ponds, trails and a pier with observation deck.
When you visit, be sure to see our Welcome Center and all-new Design Studio. Professional design consultants help residents choose the appliances, finishes, flooring and extras, like a bonus room, fireplace or bay windows, to customize their low-maintenance, single-level homes. All floor plans feature smart-home and easy-living features.
Thanks for being such a caring community, Noble’s Pond!
