Noble’s Pond residents gathered last Thursday, April 7th for a great cause.  Our very own Marilyn and Rosemary, organized a fundraiser called “Bingo & Beer”, an event to raise money for Delaware Hospice.  Prizes were generously donated from area restaurants and a 50/50 raffle raised over $400.00.  During breaks in the action, residents enjoyed beer, champagne punch, non-alcoholic punch and plenty of snacks.  Master of ceremonies, Tony, keep the games rolling and the laughs too! With over 100 people in attendance, the committee raised over $1000.00 for Delaware Hospice.  We would like to thank our community volunteers, Marilyn, Rosemary, Purnima and Regina for their commitment to this organization.  The residents have persuaded Lifestyle Director Extraordinaire, Colleen Ostafy, to be a guest bartender on Wednesday, June 1st @ McGlynn’s in Dover, to raise even more money this wonderful organization.
