The Noble’s Pond Fall Open House & Parade of Homes was a Splash!
The sun was bright. The skies were clear. The air was warm. But warmer still was the welcome when Noble’s Pond held their annual Fall Open House and Parade of Homes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 4th, 5th and 6th. Over 200 prospective home buyers were feted to a perfect day of food, fun and festivities as Delaware’s award-winning Active Adult community rolled out the red carpet. The result? One of our most successful events ever!
As part of the much anticipated Parade of Homes, many residents graciously opened their homes and invited visitors to come through for tours…a great way to show off the easy comfort, thoughtful designs and flexibility of Noble’s Pond homes. In addition, construction team honchos Kit, Skylar and Wayne led informative, guided Hard Hat Tours of the Carolina, Stafford, Fairfield and Brandywine homes currently being built. Visitors were clearly impressed with the quality of construction, the exceptional workmanship and the attention to detail that goes into each and every Noble’s Pond Home. So much so that twelve deposits were received from folks who decided, on the spot, to order their Noble’s Pond dream homes. It’s clear that Noble’s Pond can look forward to a busy construction schedule well into 2014. And, it is clearly one community where people can envision a happy, active and fulfilling lifestyle.

The much anticipated Carolina model was unveiled via Hard Hat Tours to rave reviews. “This open floorplan has been in the design stages for over a year as our team wanted to be sure this house addresses the layout and functionality requirements of today’s sophisticated homebuyer.” states Brian Clough, Housing Consultant and winner of the coveted Home Builders Association ‘Salesperson of the year’ award. Clough went on to say, “We designed the Carolina around feedback and input from visitors to Noble’s Pond. And, speaking of sophisticated homebuyers, the Noble’s Pond team is excited to reveal that they have been working with Celebrity Chef Jay Caputo to design the upgraded “Chef Inspired” kitchen which will be featured in the Carolina model. “This kitchen is a home chef’s dream and must be seen to be appreciated,” states Mary Field, Vice President of Noble’s Pond. The Jay Caputo Restaurant Group has three wonderful restaurants at the Delaware beaches: Espuma and CABO in Rehoboth and the Rose and Crown in Lewes.
The homes were not the only highlights the weekend had to offer. Each day of the event, residents welcomed visitors to the veranda at the Noble Pond’s clubhouse to share a get-to-know-you barbecue lunch featuring burgers, kielbasa and chicken, cookies and cold drinks and more. Plus, perennial favorite Vitale’s topped it all off with their incredibly yummy homemade ice creams and Italian ices. Of course, after lunch on Sunday was when things got seriously silly. Since it was so unusually warm, many of the residents decided to have a last jump into the pool before closing for the season. What they didn’t know or expect, was that Lifestyle Director, Colleen Ostafy, convinced a number of the staff members to jump in too.
