The innovative kitchen design offers multi-level countertops and surfaces, plus plenty of storage. The center island’s countertop heights can be customized for ease of use and dining.
This home offers customizable outdoor living spaces, with an extended spacious patio that can be covered or designed as a sun-filled 4-seasons room directly off the cafe.
The spacious owner’s suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in curbless shower with a seat; the shower controls are located on the side wall for easy access. Frameless glass doors accentuate this beautiful owner’s shower. The Milford has a second bedroom located on the opposite side of the home allowing for maximum privacy for the owner’s suite.
The two-story Milford includes a second floor bonus room or unfinished storage space for hobby, seasonal or travel items, accessible whenever you need them. Or it can accommodate a guest’s retreat with the addition of a third bedroom and third full bath.
