Thank you for such a wonderful day at Noble’s Pond. The stars of the day were our new Move-in Ready Homes on Tour as well as our professionally furnished Models. With so much to choose from, including 6 brand new home designs, it’s easy to find your dream home.
Noble’s Pond wants you to know what a Life Less Taxing can be for you. Of course, those contemplating retirement in Delaware are familiar with the considerable tax advantages of that state, especially the lack of sales tax, but the name also characterizes a retirement lifestyle with plenty of opportunities for recreation. We had Mike Easton, a CPA from Horty & Horty, explaining some of the lesser-known tax breaks for retirees and Judy Diago, from the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, made a presentation about the region’s quality of life.
Residents and guests joined together later in the afternoon as we showed support for our local USO by “Stuffing the Pool” and the charity box with money! Noble’s Pond “Stuff the Pool for the USO” raised over $1,150.00. Many thanks to our special guests, Commissioner Brad Eadby, Senator Dave Lawson, and Yolanda Bottorf, Center Operations and Program Manager for the USO and her volunteers, and of course our wonderful residents. There is so much fun going on here at Noble’s Pond, and our residents do some wonderful things for our community. We can’t wait to welcome you home!
