The Noble’s Pond Veterans committee did an outstanding job at the annual Veteran’s Day celebration on Sunday, November 8, 2015. The committee consisted of volunteers from the Noble’s Pond community, Bob, Walt, Terry & Keith, presented a program that was filled with thoughtful touches. Members of the Vietnam Veteran’s Dover Chapter were in attendance with Bob Swain, Past Commandant of the New Jersey Marine Corps joined by his wife and grandson. A touching presentation of the “Missing Man Ceremony” left not a dry eye in the house. The veterans of Noble’s Pond and their spouses were each presented with a gift from the committee. Refreshments were enjoyed following the ceremony.
