Reminder and Cautionary Note to all Noble’s Pond Residents

This is a friendly reminder that any exterior changes to your home must be approved by going through an Architectural Review. Please send all requests to BC Communities. Architectural Review Forms can be obtained for this from BC Communities, attention Tom Cahill at 302.234.7710.

We would like to caution all residents against unwarranted solicitation. As you are aware, this community has a No Solicitation Policy. We have received numerous complaints that former employees of Regal Contractors have been soliciting work at private residences. Please note, these employees were terminated for violation of Company Policy. In order to protect yourself with whomever you choose to contract with for your home, we recommend you receive documentation that they are fully and currently licensed with the State of Delaware, insured and bonded.
