Yes, Noble’s Pond is a land/lease community.  When you choose to purchase a home in Noble’s Pond, you avoid the upfront costs of a finished building lot.  These savings can be of great value to you as a homebuyer as you can take these funds and upgrade your home purchase or use the money for disposable income, investments or savings.  Each homeowner pays a membership fee that includes the homesite rental.

Noble’s Pond has public sewer and water. Public sewer is provided by Kent County, water by Tidewater Utilities and gas service by County Propane of Delmarva*.

Does Noble’s Pond allow pets?
Of course! A maximum of two domestic pets per household are allowed. It is important to note, however, that all pet owners are required to honor the pet guidelines.

When will the Clubhouse be built?
