What are the approximate taxes?

We are estimating the taxes at Noble’s Pond to be between $800 and $1,300 annually. Once you have attained the age of 65, you may apply to save 50% up to $500.00 on your school tax.

Noble’s Pond has public sewer and water. Public sewer is provided by Kent County, water by Tidewater Utilities and gas service by County Propane of Delmarva*.
