Noble's Pond, a 55+ active adult community, located in Dover is a planned community of single family, ranch and cape style homes, as well as carriage homes. The announcement was made to residents on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at their bi-weekly morning coffee and danish get-together. Residents were surprised and delighted to see Developer, Harry Miller, General Manager, Mary Field, Lifestyle Director, Colleen Ostafy, and Concierge, Dorothy Carey announce this exciting news, by dressing up in island attire, and dancing to Surfing USA by the Beach Boys. The crowd cheered as the management team sang and danced for them.
