Welcome to Noble’s Pond
Noble’s Pond is an age-qualified, master-planned community in Kent County. Located approximately five miles north of Dover, this community is being built on 293 acres and subdivided into over 800 lots for both single family and carriage homes. The master plan allows for villages to be designed to preserve the natural resources of the property, which include wooded areas, ponds, and natural habitats.
The community is designed in a neo-traditional style reminiscent of neighborhoods built in the ’50s and ’60s. Most homes have either a front porch or courtyard, which promotes a sense of community and a feeling of nostalgia reminiscent of the residents’ childhoods. Ten homes have been designed with thoughtful floorplans featuring cozy morning rooms, designer kitchens, spectacular great rooms, handsome libraries, bonus rooms, and much, much more. All homes have an attached garage, which, in most cases, includes space for two cars. For a maintenance-free lifestyle, lawn service at each home is included in the amenity package, and it covers trimming and mowing, snow removal from roads, driveways and front walkways, and upkeep of all common areas. “Our concept for Noble’s Pond is ‘Main Street Americana’ with smaller villages designed within the larger community. Front porch rocking chairs and courtyards with café tables are all part of the nostalgic look for the villages,” states Mary Field, General Manager for the project.
The heart of the Noble’s Pond community is a state-of-the-art clubhouse, The Point, with all the amenities of country club living. The Gathering Point, which accommodates 320 people, a game room with billiards and poker tables, a creative learning center, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a library, makes the clubhouse an integral part of the “Noble Lifestyle” the homeowners so deserve. The Conservatory with floor-to-ceiling windows and oversized fireplace overlooks the spectacular outdoor swimming pool with an Olympic size lap lane and a community garden. Soon-to-come amenities include a putting green and bocce and tennis court. An arbor surrounded by landscaped grounds will be perfect for wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, and other celebratory events. Open spaces with soon-to-come miles of nature trails are sure to accommodate residents looking for an active lifestyle. A Lifestyle Director is on staff to plan a complete range of activities and programs for Noble’s Pond residents, including book clubs, cooking classes, bird watching, water aerobics, yoga and zumba classes, etc. Your Lifestyle Director will also coordinate trips, both day and overnight, for residents to destinations such as Branson, MO, New York City, Martha’s Vineyard, Annapolis, Baltimore Inner Harbor, and area dinner theaters.
Harry Miller, President of Regal Builders, the developer of this project, states, “We are proud to be at the forefront of our industry in high quality housing, offering real value in the active adult market. This community, designed in a traditional, small town fashion, will be a future model for ‘Livable Delaware,’ Kent County and the residents who will make Noble’s Pond their home.”
