Welcome to Noble’s Pond

Noble’s Pond is an age-qualified, master-planned community in Kent County. Located approximately five miles north of Dover, this community is being built on 293 acres and subdivided into over 800 lots for both single family and carriage homes. The master plan allows for villages to be designed to preserve the natural resources of the property, which include wooded areas, ponds, and natural habitats.

The community is designed in a neo-traditional style reminiscent of neighborhoods built in the ’50s and ’60s. Most homes have either a front porch or courtyard, which promotes a sense of community and a feeling of nostalgia reminiscent of the residents’ childhoods. Ten homes have been designed with thoughtful floorplans featuring cozy morning rooms, designer kitchens, spectacular great rooms, handsome libraries, bonus rooms, and much, much more.
